辐照/食品检测
随 着经济社会的高速发展,食品安全问题日益凸突,食品安全严重影响人们的身体健康,引起人们高度关注,成为当前社会的热点和焦点,进一步规范食品安全问题是当前刻不容缓的事,而食品分析是保障食品安全的重要环节。化学发光法分析速度快,可满足大批量食品样品的快速检测要求,在食品分析中具有重要的应用。近年来,BPCL超微弱发光测量仪已经被用于食品中的微量金属元素、添加剂、抗生素、农残、营养成分,以及辐照食品辐照残留量的分析测定。另一方面,BPCL超微弱发光测量仪还被广泛应用于食物的抗氧化性研究,是一种研究食品抗衰老功效的有力研究工具。研究成果在Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等与食品分析相关的国际知名期刊上发表,例子有:
