  HuProt™人全蛋白质组芯片是目前容量最大的人类蛋白质芯片,在一张玻片上包含了数量最多的全长人类蛋白(大于21000个)。芯片上的人类全长蛋白从真核模式生物酵母表达系统中纯化而来,保持了其天然构象和翻译后修饰如磷酸化、糖基化等,每个表达蛋白均含GST标签,可用Anti-GST antibody进行质控检测。
