Tumor-derived surgical tissue has the characteristics including more collagen, complex adhesion, and mucus-rich. Ordinary dissociation solution cannot efficiently separate the unit with stemness from the tumor tissue. Tumor tissue dissociation solution(TTDS) has both proteolytic and collagenase activities, a ready-to-use sterile cell dissociation solution that can replace normal trypsin solution. It does not contain any animal-derived components, isolated units or cells can maintain intact surface antigens after dissociation, which can meet the requirements of various experiments such as cell surface proteinlabeling, cell culture, virus packaging and growth, flow cytometry analysis, and other biological tests. TTDS is suitable for the dissociation of various cancer tissues such as colorectal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer and esophageal cancer.
