This product can maintain the vitality of most cells in the primary tissue sample for more than 48hours under the condition of 2C-8C, significantly reduce the stemness loss in the process of separationfrom the sample to the beginning of the experiment, and effectively improve the success rate of nearlyall kinds of primary tissue culture. This product has been widely used for the preservation andtransportation of solid tumor and normal tissue samples of mammals such as human and mouse beforeprimary organoid culture in vitro.
